We use LemonSqueezy to securely process all financial transactions.

• All courses must be paid for in full before access is granted.
• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via LemonSqueezy.
• Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect already purchased courses.

4. Refund Policy

We stand by the quality of our Business English curriculum. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of enrollment for a full refund. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used on Stripe.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Speak English with David, including videos, text, exercises, and logos, is the exclusive property of Speak English with David and is protected by international copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Speak English with David is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes or salary increases as a result of our courses.
